Sizing
Straps and cuffs are one size and adjust across the full range. Belts and sleeves are sized — measure over the clothing you train in.

Between two sizes? Size down for a belt (the lever takes up slack) and size up for sleeves (neoprene relaxes slightly with heat).
Shipping
Orders dispatch from our Canadian warehouse within two business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
- Canada: 2–5 business days · free over $120, otherwise $9 flat.
- United States: 4–8 business days · free over $120, otherwise $9 flat.
- Duties and taxes are calculated at delivery where applicable.
Returns & fit guarantee
Train in your gear for 30 days. If the fit or the feel is wrong, email us and we will send a return label — used is fine, as long as the piece is not damaged.
Defects are covered for 12 months from delivery: stitching, hardware and closures. Damage from misuse or modification is not covered.
Privacy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact details, shipping address and order history. That information is used to fulfil orders, handle returns and answer questions — never sold.
Order records are stored on our platform and visible only to ANKRD staff. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Terms
By ordering from ANKRD you agree that the gear is for its intended use: resistance training in a controlled setting. Inspect webbing, stitching and hardware before each session and retire any piece showing wear.
Load ratings are static test figures, not a guarantee against misuse, overloading or improper threading. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
